She is survived by: her husband Mitch Coomer of Eddyville; her father William Clarence Jewell (Angie Terrell) of Princeton; her children, Sarah Jewell Coomer of Eddyville and Noah LaFon Coomer of Eddyville; her sister Alicia Childress (Todd) of Maynard, AR; her sister-in-law Kimberly Early of Paducah; her parents-in-law, LaFon and Wanda Coomer of Eddyville; her brother-in-law Andrew Coomer (Lauren) of Eddyville; her niece DeeDee Early; her nephews, Charlie Sharratt, Isaac Coomer and Alex Coomer; her grandmother Geneva Smothers of Eddyville, KY; her uncle Eddie; and her aunt Ydonna Jewell of Dycusburg, KY..

Kat was a member of Charity Baptist Church and was an executive assistant at Ashland Chemical Plant.
