He is survived by: his children, Jerry Head of Luray, TN., Kathy Spencer (Charles) of Beaufort, SC, Renee Changeux (John) of Port Royal, SC and Janet Stratton of Russellville, KY.; and his sister Ella Mae Huggins of Owensboro, KY.
