He was predeceased by: his parents, Tom Lee and Sue Wade Collier. He is survived by: his wife Patricia "Pat" Pugh Lee; his stepchildren, Gwendolyn Stamper Bohannan (Steven) of Eddyville, KY and Mayo Stamper of Eddyville, KY; and his brother Tommy Collier of Paducah, KY. He is also survived by seven step-grandchildren, eight step-great grandchildren, several nieces, nephews and cousins.
