He was predeceased by: his parents, Aubrey Rush and Myrtle Deckard Rush; his daughter Teri Rush; and his siblings, Iva Mae Cox, Bonnie Benefield, Linda Sue Handley, Bill Rush, Leon Rush, Bob Rush and Paul Rush.
He is survived by: his wife Mary Rush; his son Earl A. Rush (Suzanne) of Eddyville, KY; his brother Roger Rush (Bonnie) of Fredericksburg, VA; his grandchildren, Austin Rush (Kaycee) and Aidan Rush; and his great grandchild Easton Rush. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
