He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry Charles Baldwin and Ruby Lee Henson Baldwin; his daughter Terry Lynn Bullard; and his sisters, Dorothy Wilson and Joyce Mathis.
He is survived by: his wife Gail Cox Baldwin of Eddyville, KY; his children, Christi Lee Cummins of Katy, TX, Linda Diann Kallvy of O'Fallon, IL, Phillip Charles Baldwin (Donita) of Dupo, IL and David Russell Dykes (Penny) of Newburgh, IN; and his grandchildren, Nathan, Jordan, Brianna Dykes, Michael Kallvy, Jennifer Anderson, Jessica Schaefer, Jessica Baldwin, Phillip Baldwin II, Kayla Mitchell and Kaitlyn Bullard. He is also survived by twenty-one great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
