She is survived by: her husband Charles Mullennix of Eddyville, KY; her mother Eva Shirley Mercer Wetzel of Paris, TN; her children, Melissa Burnaine of Saginaw, MI and Christopher Burnaine (Amber) of Manteno, IL; and her siblings, Debra Ann Jasper (John) of Cottege Grove, TN, Mark Anthony Keymon of Blood River, KY and Johnny Edward Keymon. She is also survived by five grandchildren, three nieces and two nephews.
