He was predeceased by: his parents, Levi Dunning and Arlene Barrett Dunning; and his siblings, Dorothy Rose McKinney, Joyce Ann Smith, R. L., Norval, Hale and Gene Dunning.
He is survived by: his wife Juanita Colley Dunning; and his children, David Hale Dunning and Dalena Galusha Lynch (Larry) of Eddyville, KY. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
