She was predeceased by: her parents, Dan Hatfield and Hazel Richardson Siddall Hatfield. She is survived by: her husband Jerry L. Carmichael; and her children, Carla Martin of Evansville, IN, Angie Galusha of Eddyville, Jessica Thompson of Kuttawa, Jami Lencki of Murray and Charles Brumitt of Evansville, IN.. She is also survived by eight grandchildren and two great grandchildren.
