With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Mary Jo Scott (Echols, Kentucky), born in Rockport, Kentucky, who passed away on May 4, 2020 at the age of 70. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Clifton "Tip" Cardwell and Sarah Lois Bartlett Cardwell; and her siblings, Eddie Cardwell, Doris Whitehouse and Caroline Cardwell.
She is survived by: her husband Alva Lee Scott of Echols; her children, Susan Stewart (Shelton) of Beaver Dam and Brandon Lee Scott (Amy) of Beaver Dam; her grandchildren, Haley Jackson, Jessica Cox, Ashton Cox, Quinton Benter and Joe Stewart; her great grandchildren, Brentley Jackson, Paisleigh Jackson and Owen Reed; and her sisters, Peggy Likens (Bobby) of Beaver Dam and Belinda Pile (Wayne) of Echols.
