He is survived by: his parents, Stanley Frazier (Nelda Frazier) and Nelda Barnett Frazier; his children, James "JD" Frazier of Echols and Destina "Jade" Frazier of Echols; and his brother Michael Frazier (Wanda) of Owensboro.
