He was predeceased by: his parents, Tony Gilberti and Joyce Gilberti; and his brother Anthony Gilberti III. He is survived by: his wife Sue; his children, Diane Recor (Jason) and Joseph (Kayla Gallipeau); his grandchildren, Jake Recor and Julia Recor; his siblings, Michael Gilberti (Patricia) and Denise DeSantis (James); and his sister-in-law Nancy Gilberti. He is also survived by several cousins, nieces and nephews.
