She was predeceased by: her parents, Alvin Harper and Annie Klinglesmith Harper; and her siblings, Louise Fox, Dorothy Crump, Roy Louis Harper, Earl Harper, William Floyd Harper and Clarence Harper.
She is survived by: her husband Rev. Elbert Lee Peters of Eastview; and her children, Connie Merritt (Kenneth) of Eastview, Gene Peters (Suzie) of Stephensburg, Ronnie (Iva), Tony Peters (Tracy) of Bedford, IN and Rev. Doug Peters (Carla) of Cecilia. She is also survived by 10 Grandchildren, and 8 Great Grandchildren.
