She is survived by: her children, Melissa Butterworth, Marty, Kevin and Darrin Butterworth; her brother Hershel Nugent; her grandchildren, Aaron, Ashley, Megan, Stephanie, Candice, Casey and Dylan; and her great grandchildren, Patrick, Harley and Landon.
