He was predeceased by: his mother Margie Austin Stone; his half-sister Heather Hoffman; his grandparents, Hayward and Doris Parks; and his father-in-law Leo Cundiff.
He is survived by: his father Danny Parks; his wife Whitney Cundiff Parks; his daughters, Breez, Haydan and Tilly Parks; his stepmother Lori Parks; his sister Danielle Ralph; his half-brother Jacob Embry; his mother-in-law Debby Cundiff; and his grandmother Doris Wiley.
