She is survived by: her mother Cynthia Castle Crum; her husband Roger Hotelling; her children, Adam Christopher Alexander Hotelling of Pikeville, Clint Chaffins of Pikeville, Kentucky and Sarah Elizabeth Marie Hotelling of Eastern, Kentucky; and her siblings, William Joseph Crum of Prestonsburg, Kentucky, Melesha Hunter of Martin and Carmen Branham of Prestonsburg, Kentucky.
