She is survived by : her sons, Dale Pack (Sherry) of Eastern and Ricky Pack (Teresa) of Eastern, Kentucky; her sister Phyllis Pettis of Florida; her half-brother Allan Shirks of Vermont; her siblings, Tammy Shirks of California, Betty Shelton and Randy Lee Pack; her grandchildren, Jonathan Pack (Breanna), Johna Hall (Kyle) and Jordan Pack; and her great grandchildren, Ayla and Jimma. She is also survived by Nieces and nephews.
