He is survived by: his daughter Ronna Dean Childers Fisher; his son-in-law Duane Leonard Fisher; his brother-in-law Walter MacDonald Preston; and his grandchildren, Matthew Walter Stephenson, Andrew Michael Stephenson, Charlotte Stephenson and Elliot Stephenson.
