He was predeceased by: his mother Betty Caudill; and his brother Steve Caudill. He is survived by: his sons, Anthony Caudill of Ohio and Jeffrey Caudill of Ohio; and his siblings, Timmy Caudill (Judy) of Ohio, Donna Branham of Honaker, Debbie Spencer (Phillip) of Eastern, Kentucky and Host. He is also survived by Nieces, Nephews & Cousins.
