He is survived by : his wife Mary Ann Slone Cooley; his mother Ina Abbott Cooley Ratliff; his children, Gregory Dylan Cooley of Eastern, KY and Gracie Mae Cooley of Eastern, KY; and his siblings, Steve Cooley of Eastern, KY, Debbie Cooley of Eastern, KY and Phyllis Hall Shepherd (Owen) of Eastern, KY. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
