He was predeceased by : his mother Maude Osborne Couch; his mother-in-law Bonnie Lois Wilson Couch; and his siblings, Rose, Alta, Florence, Hargis, Doyle and Raleigh.

He is survived by : his wife Bonnie; his parent Farmer Couch; his children, Felicia Couch Kingsley and Lonnie Couch (Vanda); his sister Joyce Sizemore of Lebanon, OH; and his grandchildren, Adam Drew Kingsley, Corey Benjamin Kingsley, Rebecca Couch Hall and David Couch.

A funeral service was held on Thursday, June 27th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the Dwayne Walker Funeral Home (155 Hickory St, Hyden, KY 41749).
