He was predeceased by: his parents, Fletcher Gayheart and Delcie Napier Gayheart. He is survived by: his wife Susie Wright Gayheart; his son Jason Gayheart (Lisa) of Louisville, KY; his sisters, Rhoda Lanman of Louisville, KY and Ruby Pernot of Carlsbad, CA; and his grandchild Xander Gayheart.
