She was predeceased by: her husband Ralph D. Spencer; her parents, Orville B. Horner and Eva Hagans Horner; and her siblings, Jack M., Jerry, Wendell Lee, Sarah Christine, Eunice Jolene and Peggy Joyce.
She is survived by: her children, Ralph O. Spencer (Judy) of Georgetown, KY and Gloria Allen (Melvin) of Freeport, OH; her brother Tom Horner of Little Rock, CA; and her grandchildren, Ronnie Spencer, Kimberly Embick, Kathy Hodge, Amanda Caswell, Shawn Spencer and Amy Lewis. She is also survived by twenty two great grandchildren; and 12 great great grandchildren.
