He was predeceased by : his parents, Arnold Lowe and Alma Reffett Lowe; his daughter Laurena Lowe; and his brother Palmer Lowe. He is survived by : his wife Emma Lou Deaton Lowe; his children, Mark Lowe (Debra) of Silver Creek, GA and Denise Lowe Taylor of Myrtle Beach, SC; his siblings, Burgess Lowe (Margaret) of Canal Fulton, OH and Claudena Hamilton of Virgie, KY; and his sister-in-law Julie Lowe of Felicity, OH. He is also survived by 7 grandchildren, 6 great grandchildren and 1 great-great grandchild.
