She was predeceased by: her parents, Otto Spencer and Collins Spencer of Arizona; her husband Phillip Morris Flannery; her sons, Marvin Eugene Marsillett and Ernest Dean Marsillett; and her siblings, James Otto Spencer, Billy Clyde Spencer, Larry Dean Spencer, William Spencer, Helen Marie Spencer, Wanda Lee Miller, Wilma Jean Daniels and Goldie Lou Morris.
She is survived by: her children, Thomas Ray Flannery (Jennifer) and Regina Flannery; her grandchildren, Brennan Corey Marsillett (Whitney), McKenzie Chloe Marsillett, Mary Beth Howell (Justin), MaKayla Blackburn (Johnathan) and Cassandra Reed; her great grandchildren, Cooper, Shelby, Adelynn, Harper, Piper and Dustin; and her brother Bobby Joe Spencer.
