He was predeceased by: his parents, Wiley Blair and Eula Hannah Blair; his wife Lucy Blair; and his sister Jearlean Donley. He is survived by: his children, Joe Hopper (Lisa) of New Port Richey, FL., Doug Hopper (Paula) of Sarasota, FL., Greg Hopper (Lisa) of East Point, KY and Vanessa Dials (Jimmy) of East Point, KY; his sister Thelma Murray of Paintsville, KY; and his grandchildren, Brenton Dials, Jeremy Hopper, Jayme Rice, Kristi Cottingham, Olivia Caudill and Dalton Hopper. He is also survived by nine great-grandchildren.
