She was predeceased by: her parents, Lester Mitchell and Beatrice Mitchell. She is survived by: her husband Donald L. Hughes; her daughter Bethany Lauren Thornsberry (Joshua) of East Point, KY; her siblings, Neil J. Mitchell (Linda) of Ligon, KY, Kenny Joe Mitchell of Ligon, KY and Ronda Mitchell; and her grandchildren, Isaiah, Jaelyn, Jayda, Jace, Oakley and Brinlee.
