She is survived by: her children, Marvin Kelly Jervis of Prestonsburg, Kentucky, Amy Jo Jervis (Scottie Collins) of East Point and Amanda Kim Jervis of Prestonsburg, Kentucky; her grandchildren, Madison Little (Steven), Mason Trent Jervis, Brandon Jervis, Ginny Spencer and Aunna Shepherd; and her siblings, Jonnie Hall Jr., Lonnie Ray Hall, Billy James Hall (Karen), Levi Hall, Lyndon B. Hall, Myrtle Burke (Tommy), Edi Judd (Tommy) and Debbie Judd. She is also survived by Nieces & Nephews.
