She is survived by: her mother Regina Conn; her daughter Madison Boyd of East Point, KY; her brothers, Jame Akers (Jamie) of Prestonsburg, KY and Craig Samons of Dana, KY; her grandfather Hubert Conn of Dana, KY; her close friend Gloria Workman of Inez, KY; her nieces, Paige, Kristian and Angel; her great-nephew Grayson; and her sister Helena Mae.
