She was predeceased by: her parents, Ed Helton and Clemma Hibbitts Helton; her husband Roy Lewis; her son Roy Donald Lewis; and her siblings, Albert Helton, Grace Hocker and Lois Strunk.
She is survived by: her brother Edward Helton (Gail); and her grandsons, Tyler Lewis and Ken Likins.
