He is survived by: his wife Helen Gray Feltner; his children, Becky Wimpy (Lester) of Lexington, KY and Daryl Feltner of East Bernstadt, KY; his siblings, Lucille Taylor (Don) of Blackwater, KY, Carl Edward Feltner (Phyllis) of Georgetown, KY and Debbie Acciardo (Gilbert) of East Bernstadt, KY; and his grandsons, Andrew Wimpy and Clark Wimpy of Lexington, KY.
