He is survived by: his fiancé Angel Maggard of East Bernstadt; his child Harley Russell Wayne Parms of East Bernstadt, Kentucky; his mother Brenda Hicks (Allen) of East Bernstadt, Kentucky; his siblings, Russell Junior Parms of London, Kimberly Renee Hicks of Manchester and Kellie Marie Hicks of Monticello, Kentucky; his stepchildren, Reanna Harrison, Jordan Bowles, Annie Spencer, Roseann Spencer and Ruby Spencer; his former wife Melinda Parms (Harrison) of East Bernstadt, Kentucky.; and his grandchildren, Anna Harrison, Carl Madden Jr., Lorraine Madden, Chevelle Madden, Nova Madden and Paisley Harris.
