He was predeceased by: his parents, Arnold Parker and Maggie Hacker Parker; his children, Lisa Parker, Jerry Parker, Frank Parker and Dewight James Parker; his sister Mary Francis Parker; and his former wife Darlene Sue Black.
He is survived by: his children, Frankie Wayne Parker (Janice Lynn) of Woodbine, KY, Kenneth Parker (Renee) of London, Maynard Anthony Parker (Amy) of London and Tracie Parker Johnson of East Bernstadt, KY; his siblings, Rose Creech of London, Miranda Overbey Wilkerson of East Bernstadt and Alvin Parker (Debbie) of East Bernstadt; his former wives, Gracie Gregory and Bonnie Parker; and his pets, Casey and Patches. He is also survived by ten grandchildren; four great grandchildren.
