She was loved and cherished by many people including: her father Lawrence Coffey; her husband Ronnie Hale of East Bernstadt, Kentucky.; her children, Regina Allen (Wayne) of London, Kentucky, Larry Allen of London, Kentucky, Travis Allen of London, Kentucky and Rena Allen of London, Kentucky; her siblings, Debbie Britton (Randy) of London, Bill Black of London and Frank Black (Sharon) of Corbin, Kentucky; her grandchildren, Grant, Hannah, Kinslee, Kaci, Jacob, Timmy, Makena, Taylor, Lance, Carly, Connor, Ryan, Brianna and Kyleigh; and her great grandchild Peyton.

In lieu of flowers the family suggests that memorial donations be made to Bowling Funeral Home to assist with funeral expenses.
