He was predeceased by: his parents, Lawrence Napier, Sr. and Sue Cox Hayre; and his siblings, Mattie Louise Perkins, Johnny Napier, Carl Gene Napier, Conley Napier and Mary Ann Hensley.
He is survived by: his wife Mary Jones Napier; his daughter Betty Karen Napier of East Bernstadt, KY; and his sister Jenny Scalf (Hiram) of London, KY.
