He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Donna Williams Stanley and Jimmy Dean Stanley; his brother Johnny Dale Stanley; his children, Darren Stanley, Jason Stanley (Elizabeth), Nikki Stanley and Brittany Blanton (Chris); his sister LaTonya Hager; his grandchildren, Kyle Stanley, Sierra Stanley, Abby Stanley, Jacob Stanley, Owen Stanley, Jackson Stanley, Celia Stanley, Emma Huffman, Raleigh Wilhoit, Eli Wilhoit and Gage Blanton; and his great grandchild Elijah Hamblin.
