He was predeceased by: his parents, Luther Rookard and Dorothy Williams Rookard; and his brother Jerry Rookard. He is survived by: his wife Florence Holt Rookard; his son Jackie H. Rookard (Pam) of East Bernstadt, KY; and his grandchildren, Jaclyn and Wade.
