He was predeceased by: his parent Reuben Maggard; and his son Robert Wayne Maggard. He is survived by: his parent Maude Caudill Maggard; his children, Sherry Sherman (Wendell) of Wooton and David Dean Maggard (Teresa) of East Bernstadt; and his siblings, Bill Maggard of East Bernstadt, Dave Maggard of Wooton and Tom Maggard of Williamsburg.
