He was predeceased by: his parents, Clayton Howard and Bernice Hampton Howard. He is survived by: his wife Angela Sue Davis Howard; his son Jason Howard (Candice) of Frankfort, Kentucky; his brother Rick Howard (Teresa) of London; and his grandchildren, Gracie Howard, Paislee Howard and Zeke Howard.
