He is survived by: his wife Wanda Lewis Vickers of East Bernstadt, KY; his son Donnie Ray Vickers, Jr. (Joanne) of Monterey, CA; his son-in-law Jamie Boggs; his sisters, Margaret Reynolds and Debbie McClear of Harlan, KY.; his grandchildren, Steven Vickers, Melinda Warshawsky, Lindsay Vickers and Kaitlyn Rae Vickers; and his great grandchild Liam Warshawsky.
