He is survived by: his wife Vickie Hall Barlow; his children, Wendy Casteel of Texas, Nikki Yearta (Chris) of East Bernstadt, Erika Morgan (Cody) of East Bernstadt, David Vann of East Bernstadt, Chris Vann of East Bernstadt, Bobby Barlow of East Bernstadt and Daniel Casteel of East Bernstadt; his siblings, Wendy Beers (Greg) of Dayton, OH, Dana Barlow of London and D. K. Barlow of London; and his grandchildren, Nissa Stallard, Spencer Yearta and Zoey Morgan.
