He was predeceased by: his parents, Ray Feltner and Mary Francis Underwood Feltner; his siblings, Fern Durham, William "Bill" Feltner, Lonnie "Mose" Feltner and Moss Feltner; and his siblings-in-law, Geneva Feltner, Don Taylor and Jack Durham.
He is survived by: his wife Phyllis DeZarn Feltner; his children, Paula Feltner Roark (Rodney) of Georgetown, KY, Lorrie Feltner DeRosa (Ed) of Goshen, KY and Kyle Edward Feltner (Kaelah) of Berea, KY; his sisters, Lucille Taylor of Blackwater, KY and Debbie Acciardo (Gilbert) of East Bernstadt, KY; his grandchildren, Kaleb Ethan Roark, Madeline Grayce Roark, Edward James DeRosa III, Carleigh Anne DeRosa, Dominic Ray DeRosa, Heidi Kyleah Fayeth Feltner, Everlee Reese Hacker, Jack Wilder Hacker and Emery-June Feltner; and his sisters-in-law, Betty Feltner and Helen Feltner.
Visitation was held on Monday, March 10th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the House-Rawlings Funeral Home (510 E 4th St, London, KY 40741). A funeral service was held on Monday, March 10th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
