He was predeceased by: his parents, Andrew Burkhart Sr. and Rebecca Jackson Burkhart; his son Anthony Burkhart; and his siblings, Hayward, Dennis, Berchel, Hershel, Elvin, Orville, Burley Burkhart, Helen June Blanton and Dallie Ethel King.
He is survived by: his children, Mike Burkhart of East Bernstadt, Karen LeMarbe of London, Jeff Burkhart of London and Andrea Burkhart of Stanton, Kentucky; and his significant other Linda Sue Yates.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorial contributions be made to Bowling Funeral Home to assist with expenses.
