He is survived by: his wife Sabrina Fox of Hanson, KY; his children, Shane Scott of Hot Springs, AR, Tammy Terrell of Oxford, GA and Jamie Fox of Hanson, KY; and his brothers, Johnny Fox of Hartford, KY and Timbo Fox of Dawson Springs, KY. He is also survived by ten grandchildren; one great grandchild; and several nieces and nephews.
