She is survived by: her children, Rachel Moore of Morton, Gap and Jon Michael Fox of Frankfort; her siblings, Michael J Bourland of Madisonville and Jenny Bourland Anthony of Madisonville; and her grandchildren, Dustin Ontario Mitchell Fox, Brea Jonà Fox, Savannah Marie Maiden, Sean Christopher Hale, Layah Ashanti Fox and Alexis Loran Fox. She is also survived by several nieces, and several great nieces and nephews.
