She was predeceased by: her parents, Marie Grace and Hubert Grace; her husband Jewell Wayne Stephens; and her sisters, Ruby Davis and Betty Grace.

She is survived by: her daughters, Linda Lindsey-Stephens (Matthew) of Owensboro, KY and Barbara Stone (Charles) of Slaughters, KY; and her grandchildren, Cassie Stone, Kyle Stone and Elijah Lindsey-Stephens.
