He was predeceased by: his sister Marilyn Derington. He is survived by: his children, Shana Cochran (Paul) of Earlington and Chris Egbert (Brandy Wood) of Louisville, KY; his sister Judy Lopez of Evansville, IN; his granddaughter Shadowe Jackson (Tyler); and his great grandchild Ezra Jackson.

Memorial donations may be made to the Kentuckiana Stroke association at 3425 Stony Spring Circle #102.
