He was predeceased by: his parents, Aubrey Johnston and Hazel Johnston; his wife Charlotte Johnston; and his grandson Logan Larkins. He is survived by: his daughters, Crystal Farmer (Christopher) of Madisonville, KY and Cheryl Larkins (Ray) of Madisonville, KY; his sisters, Lois Ann Burden of Madisonville, KY and Gale Bearden; and his grandchildren, Caitlin Farmer and Collin Farmer (Rachel).
