She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Sr. Offutt and Opal V. Offutt; her husband James Edward Galloway; and her nephews, Eric Offutt and Jason O'Rear.
She is survived by: her daughter Stacy Hornback (Brian) of Manitou, KY; her stepdaughters, Jeannie Wells of Madisonville, KY and Jammie Dawn Galloway of North Carolina; her siblings, Linda Gibbons of Nortonville, KY, Hilda Price of Versailles, KY, Peggy Kendziorski of Earlington, KY, Larry Offutt of Madisonville, KY, Robert Offutt, Jr. of Nortonville, KY and Tony Offutt of Madisonville, KY; her grandchildren, Benjamin Clay Hornback and Hannah Leigh Tucker; and her great grandchild Luke William Tucker. She is also survived by one great grandson on the way; and several nieces and nephews.
