He is survived by: his mother Sally McGowen Skye of Earlington; his daughter Therasa Skye of Niagara; his siblings, Johnny Skye, Richard Skye, Carl McGowen, Carla Skye and Michelle McGowen; and his grandchildren, Anthony Manaresi, Veronica Manaresi and Nicholas Manaresi, Jr.. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
