He was predeceased by: his parents, Samuel Holzhauser and Rosie E. Holzhauser; his son Terry Lynn Holzhauser; and his siblings, Evelyn Blackburn Sandefur, Margie Camacho and Nicky Holzhauser.
He is survived by: his wife Ruby Holzhauser of Suthards, KY; his children, Jeannie Taylor (Pat), Patricia Sadler (John) of Mortons Gap, KY, Ricky Holzhauser of Suthards, KY and Charles Holzhauser of Suthards, KY; and his siblings, Trudy Parker of Hanson, KY and Melvin Holzhauser of Suthards, KY. He is also survived by eight grandchildren; nine great grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
